Stager Chair

Fiona Stager is the co-owner of Brisbane’s award-winning bookshops, Avid Reader and Where the Wild Things Are. She has been a judge for The Australian/Vogel’s Literary Award, the Stella Prize and the Queensland Literary Awards. Fiona has received the Johnno Award for services to the Queensland writing community, and in 2014 the Australian Booksellers Association made her a life member.

Julie Koh is the author of Capital Misfits and Portable Curiosities, which was shortlisted for the Readings Prize for New Australian Fiction, the Steele Rudd Award in the Queensland Literary Awards, and a NSW Premier’s Literary Award. Julie was named a Sydney Morning Herald Best Young Australian Novelist in 2017.

Van Neervan

Ellen van Neerven is a Mununjali writer from south-east Queensland currently living in Naarm (Melbourne). Her books include the award-winning Heat and Light and Comfort Food.

Swinn

Louise Swinn is a writer, editor, publisher and reviewer. Her work appears regularly in the Age, the Australian and the Sydney Morning Herald. She was one of the founders of Sleepers Publishing, the Small Press Network and the Stella Prize.
