We’re hiring – Executive Director & Co-CEO

From the outset, Stella has always been ambitious. To enable us to do more, we are moving to a new leadership model.

Stella is now seeking an Executive Director & Co-CEO. They will join Stella’s incumbent Creative Director & Co-CEO, Jaclyn Booton, to achieve Stella’s expansive plans for the future.

The Executive Director & Co-CEO is responsible for the strategic leadership of Stella’s development and fundraising activities, ensuring the company demonstrates innovation and a sophisticated donor-focused approach to long-term sustainability. A recognised leader in the philanthropic sector, the incoming Executive Director will ensure the organisation attracts the support needed to deliver significant benefits to Australian women writers.
